Onto Animation...

I spent this morning re-doing the dynamic ear-lobe jiggle (heh) as I figured a better way of using spring controllers whilst rigging in the limbs project. So yeah, look, rigging is done!

I've now picked some audio and started animating the grease-monkey fella! Here's the first pass of lip sync:

Trying to steam-roll this project and have it animated and hopefully rendered by sunday so I can get back onto the more important short film. Anyway, keep your eyes peeled and skinless, there's more to come as I animate the different stages of this old guy. Up next: Head tilt and eye focus!
